RETURN POLICY
To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
Return Eligibility
To initiate a return, please ensure:

The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery

The item is unused, unaltered, and undamaged

Original packaging (including box, dust bag, tags and any accompanying materials) remains intact and unaltered

The ABSENT FINDINGS Authenticity Tag (if included) is attached and undamaged
Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or refund

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Additional Conditions
ABSENT FINDINGS reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
Non-compliant items may be returned to the customer without refund.
Exchanges are offered only for ready-to-wear items and are subject to size availability. To request an exchange, customers must contact Customer Care. The original item must be returned in accordance with this Return Policy, following which the exchange request will be processed subject to availability of the requested size.
All products are covered by applicable warranties; however, ABSENT FINDINGS is not liable for damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations.
To protect against abuse, excessive return activity may be monitored, and accounts may be subject to restrictions or order cancellations at ABSENT FINDINGS’ discretion.
RETURNS PROCESS
To initiate a return:

Once approved, return instructions and shipping labels (where applicable) will be provided.
Important Notes:

Guest customers must create an account using the email address used during checkout

Separate return requests and shipments are required for separate orders

Approved return labels must be used for all eligible returns

Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via store credit only
Domestic Returns (UAE)
A return fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each domestic return package. Fees vary based on shipping location within the UAE.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and must coordinate shipment through their local carrier.

Refund Processing
Once the returned item passes quality inspection:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

A confirmation email will be sent

Refund processing may take up to 5 business days, excluding bank processing times
If returned items do not meet policy requirements, ABSENT FINDINGS reserves the right to deny the refund.
