YOUR ORDER

Placing an Order

Customers may place orders as guests or create an ABSENT FINDINGS account. Creating an account allows customers to:

Track orders
Request returns online
Modify eligible orders
Save billing and shipping information
Subscribe to newsletters for updates, promotions, and sales

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old
All provided information is accurate and complete
You are authorized to use the selected payment method
Sufficient funds are available for payment

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an email acknowledgment containing order details and an order number. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order but does not constitute acceptance.

A legally binding sales contract is formed only once the order has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

For orders fulfilled in multiple shipments, separate contracts may apply to each shipment.

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before dispatch confirmation. Once accepted and dispatched, cancellations are subject to the Return Policy.

ABSENT FINDINGS reserves the right to cancel or decline any order at its discretion. In such cases, payments will be refunded, and no contract will be formed.

Exclusive releases or limited-edition products may be subject to quantity restrictions per customer or order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days of placement.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM (UAE Time) may be processed the following business day
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day from 8:00 AM (UAE Time)

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

Orders may be modified or canceled through an ABSENT FINDINGS account, provided the order has not yet been packed or shipped.

Customers without an account may contact Customer Care during weekday business hours to request modifications before the order enters the shipping queue.

Checking Your Order Status

Customers can track their order status by logging into their ABSENT FINDINGS account and visiting the Order Status page.

Customers can browse the ABSENT FINDINGS online store to explore collections and add desired items to their cart.

To complete a purchase:

Review selected items
Proceed to checkout
Enter shipping and payment details
Confirm the order

An order summary will be sent via email upon successful purchase.

All ABSENT FINDINGS products are produced in-house, shipped directly from official fulfillment centers, and undergo quality assurance checks.

Garment Care

For best results, follow the general care instructions by fabric and opt for 'Dry Clean' only. Always check the garment label for specific care guidelines.

Natural Fabrics:
Cotton, silk, leather, and wool are natural fabrics requiring special care. Pilling in wool is natural; washing inside out can reduce it. Use an electric de-piller to remove pills, or let them naturally detach over time.

Leather Goods:
Natural imperfections in leather goods like handbags, shoes, and wallets make each piece unique and exclusive to you.

Natural-grained Leather	Natural-grained leather is premium-grade hide that has not been buffed to showcase the skin’s natural “grain” or texture. Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt
Embossed Leather	Embossed leather is leather that has been stamped to achieve a distinctive pattern. Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt
Buffed Leather	Buffed leather is leather from which the top layer of grain has been removed to achieve a soft and clean surface. Using a clean damp cloth, wipe gently to remove any dirt
Patent Leather	Patent leather is a coated leather with a glossy varnished surface. Clean any dust or dirt with a damp cloth Remove any scuff marks with a patent leather cleaner Buff the leather to a high shine
Suede Leather	Suede is a leather that has a soft napped surface. Before use, seal the suede with a professional suede sealant to help repel dirt. To treat a liquid spill, pat the area with a clean cloth and then apply a layer of cornmeal or talcum powder on the stain. Let it set overnight, then brush with a suede brush to remove the dried powder. For dried stains, rub with a kneaded eraser or emery board. For heavier stains, blot with white vinegar and a clean towel. Repeat as needed until stain disappears. This can be used on both water and salt stains. Do not clean suede with water alone as it will affect both the color and texture of the leather.

If an order is canceled, pre-authorized funds may take additional time to be released depending on banking institutions.
